Seasonal stay FAQ

Fallsview Casino Resort frequently asked questions

Use this FAQ when you are choosing dates, asking for a room, or deciding which season suits a one- to three-night stay at Fallsview Casino Resort. This site is an independent review and booking-request desk: you send dates and room wishes, and the desk checks availability and rate for your trip.

Home / FAQ

Before you send a room request

Fallsview Casino Resort is at 6380 Fallsview Blvd, Niagara Falls, ON, L2G 7X5, Canada. It is owned by OLG and operated by Mohegan, by secondary sources. The resort’s official pages publish room categories, dining, theatre, parking and policy details, but not every operational detail is listed.

If you are comparing room types, start with our rooms and suites guide. For a full stay review, see the full review. If your main decision is timing, the seasonal pages cover winter at the falls, summer and autumn colours in more detail.

For booking questions, this site collects your dates, party size and room preference, then sends the request to the desk. The desk confirms availability and rate by email. You do not enter card details on this site.

Which season is best for a first stay at Fallsview Casino Resort?

If you want long evenings and outdoor time by the falls, look at summer. Niagara Parks lists summer fireworks nightly at 10:00 p.m. from Friday May 15, 2026 to Monday October 12, 2026, weather dependent. If you prefer cooler walks and less heat, autumn is easier. Winter suits indoor stays built around dining, spa time, the pool and shows, with the Winter Festival of Lights running November 14, 2026 to January 10, 2027.

Which rooms should I request if I care about the falls view?

Be specific in the request form. The resort lists Deluxe Rooms with Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, or city view choices. Diplomat Suites may have panoramic falls, city, or both, depending on the tower exterior. Parlour Suites list an American Falls view. Executive Suites list a glimpse of the Falls and a city view. Some rooms see both Horseshoe Falls and Bridal Falls, while others see only one.

Does a room name with “Fallsview” guarantee a full falls view?

No. “Fallsview” in a room name or category should be treated as a booking category, not a promise that every room has the exact view you picture. View can depend on room type, tower position and availability on your dates. In your request, say what matters most: Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, a higher floor if available, or simply the strongest falls-facing option for your budget.

What time are check-in and check-out?

The published hotel times are check-in at 4pm and check-out at 11am. If you are coming from the Toronto area on a Friday, build in traffic and parking time before dinner or a show. If you are arriving from Buffalo, allow for the border crossing as well. Early check-in is not something this site can guarantee; the hotel controls room readiness on the day.

Can guests under 19 stay at the hotel?

The hotel can be part of a trip with younger guests, but the casino floor is different. In Ontario, the minimum casino age is 19, and minors cannot be on the gaming floor. Fallsview’s policy says ID may be requested from anyone who appears under 30, and anyone who appears 21 or younger must show two pieces of ID. Ponte Vecchio is listed as permitting under-19 guests.

How does parking work at the resort?

The resort publishes on-site parking information, but no fixed dollar rates. Its parking page says rates fluctuate and are determined at the time of departure. Overnight parking is available. Momentum parking benefits depend on tier and offers. General parking is listed for Levels 5 and above, while some Momentum tiers use other levels. For arrival details, use our parking and valet guide.

How do I find Fallsview Casino Resort on Google Maps and get directions?

The resort is at 6380 Fallsview Boulevard, Niagara Falls, Ontario: open it in Google Maps or start directions from where you are. The getting-there page has ready-made routes from downtown Toronto, Pearson, Hamilton airport, Buffalo, Rochester, Union Station, the Niagara Falls GO station and Table Rock Centre.

Are electric-vehicle chargers available?

Yes. The resort lists 10 ChargePoint stations in the Fallsview Parking Garage: four on P1 and six on P5. Hourly charging rates apply, and you need the ChargePoint app or account. If EV charging is important, mention it in your planning notes, but treat it as garage infrastructure rather than a reserved hotel amenity; the resort does not publish advance reservations for those chargers.

Are pets allowed at Fallsview Casino Resort?

The resort’s published policy says only certified service animals are permitted on property. It also states that pets may not be left in vehicles. If you are travelling with a service animal, put that in your request so the desk can pass the note along. If you are travelling with a pet that is not a certified service animal, this property’s stated policy will not suit that stay.

What accessibility details are published?

The resort says wheelchairs are available first-come, first-served at the Group Operations Desk with a photo ID deposit, and that advance reservations are not available. The guest-room pages fetched for this guide do not describe accessible room types. If accessibility is central to the stay, include your exact needs in the room request so the desk can ask the hotel or partner to confirm what is available.

What is open in winter if the weather is poor?

The property is practical in winter because many parts of the stay are indoors. The indoor pool is published as open 7am–10pm, and the work-out area 7am–9pm. Damara Day Spa is listed on the 3rd floor, open Mon–Sun 10:00 AM–8:00 PM. Restaurants and theatres also make winter planning easier, though you should check the official event calendar before fixing dates.

How should I plan a show-night stay?

The resort has two venues: OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino, listed with 5,000 seats, and the Avalon Theatre, listed with a capacity of 1,559 seats. The resort states there are over 320 shows per year. For a stay, request the same night as the event, leave time for check-in after 4pm, and confirm tickets through the resort’s official channels. See our guide to shows at OLG Stage and Avalon Theatre.

What happens after I submit a room request on this site?

You give your dates, number of guests, room preference and any seasonal reason for the trip, such as a show, fireworks period, wine-country day or winter lights. The booking desk checks availability and rate, then replies by email. This site does not take card details. If you proceed, the booking is handled by the hotel or booking partner, and cancellation rules are handled by them.
