Fallsview Casino Resort rooms and suites
You have six published room and suite categories to work with at Fallsview Casino Resort. The key is to treat the room name as a starting point, not a guarantee. “Fallsview” is a category word here, and the resort’s room descriptions still vary by falls, city, corner and tower-exterior views.
Home / Rooms
Start with the view, then the category
At this hotel, you should decide what matters most before you choose the room name: a specific falls angle, more living space, a whirlpool tub, separate sleeping quarters, or simply a bed setup that fits your group.
The resort publishes views by category, but it does not publish a room-by-room map. Deluxe Rooms may face the Horseshoe Falls, the American Falls, or the city. Diplomat Suites may have panoramic falls views, city views, or both, along the tower exterior. Executive Suites are described as corner-end rooms with a glimpse of the Falls and a city view.
That is why “Fallsview” needs careful handling. In a room name or category, it is not a promise that your window will frame both waterfalls, or that the view will match another guest’s room. The resort’s own note says some rooms see both Horseshoe Falls and Bridal Falls, while others see only one.
If the view is the reason for your stay, write it plainly in your request: “highest available room with a direct Horseshoe Falls view,” or “falls view preferred over floor height.” You can also add whether you would accept an American Falls view, a city view, or a mixed view if your first choice is not available.
The published room categories
Deluxe Rooms are the simplest category to understand, and the one most couples from Toronto or Buffalo will compare first for a short stay. The resort publishes bed choices of one king, two queen or two double. The view may be Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, or city. Published features include a spacious seating area, writing desk, internet, TV, coffee maker, in-room safe, iron and hairdryer.
Diplomat Suites suit you if you want a larger-feeling room without moving into the more residential suite descriptions. The resort lists one king or two queen beds, panoramic falls, city, or both views along the tower exterior, oversized chairs, a seating area with desk, a 1½ whirlpool tub and shower, and high-speed internet.
Parlour Suites are the only category in the published list with a specific size: 484 square feet of living space. They have a king bed plus a pull-out sofa bed in the living area, an American Falls view, a living area, a second TV, and a separate 1½ whirlpool tub and shower. If one person wants to read or watch TV while another sleeps, this is the category to look at first.
Executive Suites are described as corner-end locations with one king or two queen beds, separate sleeping quarters, a tub and shower, complimentary high-speed internet, and a glimpse of the Falls with a city view. That wording matters: ask for this category for layout and corner position, not for the strongest published falls view.
When a suite is about space, not only scenery
Ambassador Suites and Premier Suites are the upper suite names published by the resort, but the descriptions are still short. Ambassador Suites have one king or one queen, a separate bedroom, a whirlpool tub, and what the resort calls “remarkable views of Niagara Falls.” Premier Suites have one king, overlook Niagara Falls, and add an oversized bathroom with whirlpool tub, plus living and dining spaces.
For a couple staying one night around shows at OLG Stage and Avalon Theatre, the choice may come down to how much time you expect to spend in the room before and after the performance. For a quieter winter stay, more space can matter because you may spend longer indoors between meals, the pool, the spa, and short walks outside. Our winter at the falls guide covers that kind of stay in more detail.
If you are travelling with friends, look carefully at bed wording. Some categories publish one king only. Others publish two queen or two double options. Parlour Suites add a pull-out sofa bed in the living area, but the resort does not publish occupancy wording in the facts available to this site, so you should state the number of guests when requesting.
The casino floor is separate from the hotel decision. In Ontario, casino entry is 19+, and minors cannot be on the gaming floor. If your room request includes younger travellers, keep the plan centred on the hotel, dining areas where permitted, the falls, and other non-gaming parts of the resort.
How to write a useful room request
A good request gives the booking desk something precise to pass on. Start with dates, then the number of guests, then bed needs, then your view preference. If the view matters more than the category, say so. If the whirlpool tub, separate bedroom, or pull-out sofa matters more than the view, say that instead.
For example: “Two adults, one night in October, king bed preferred, direct Horseshoe Falls view if available; would accept Diplomat Suite with both falls and city view.” Or: “Two couples, two nights in November, two queen beds, Executive Suite or Diplomat Suite only if the bed setup can be confirmed.”
Do not rely on shorthand such as “best Fallsview room.” That phrase can mean too many things. “Fallsview” is a category, not a guarantee of a particular view, and published category descriptions include city and partial wording in some cases. Ask for the exact view you want, then give a fallback.
For a full property context before choosing, read the full review. If your room choice depends on dinner plans, the restaurants and bars page is a better place to start. For arrival logistics, especially in winter, check parking before you commit to a late check-in.
The resort publishes check-in as 4pm and check-out as 11am. Room service is listed daily 7AM–11AM and 6PM–11PM. Free wireless internet is available for all patrons, though it is bandwidth-limited and video calling may not work.
