What public ratings say about Fallsview Casino Resort
This page is deliberately cautious. We only reproduce public review scores when we can verify the platform, score, review count and date from the facts used for this guide. For Fallsview Casino Resort, that complete ratings set is not published in our source file, so you get the editor’s seasonal verdict instead.

Why there is no score table here
Review scores move, and hotel listings can show different numbers by market, device and date. For that reason, this site does not copy a rating unless the facts include the platform, the score, the count and the date checked. On this page, those ingredients are not available.
That does not mean public opinion is irrelevant. It means I will not turn an unverified number into a headline. If you want a broad sense of the property before choosing dates, start with the full review, then use this page to think about season, room request and how you plan to use the resort.
The fixed facts matter more than a rounded score for many stays. The address is 6380 Fallsview Boulevard in Niagara Falls. The resort is owned by OLG and operated by Mohegan, by secondary sources. The hotel count is 372 rooms and suites by secondary sources; the resort’s own pages do not publish a figure. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am.
The casino is part of the property, but it should not be treated as the whole reason to book. In Ontario, casino entry is 19+, and minors cannot be on the gaming floor. If your group includes someone under 19, plan routes, meals and meeting points with that rule in mind.
The editor’s verdict by season
Winter suits you if you want indoor days and short walks between dinner, a show, the spa and the falls. The indoor pool is published as open 7am–10pm, and the work-out area 7am–9pm. Damara Day Spa is listed on the 3rd floor with daily hours of 10:00 AM–8:00 PM. Winter is the season when I would pay closest attention to arrival: garage level, coat, boots and enough time before dinner.
Spring is the practical shoulder-season choice. You come for moving water, cooler mornings and fewer hard decisions about heat or heavy winter layers. If you are pairing Niagara Falls with wine country, use our spring page for the seasonal frame, then check current openings with the businesses you plan to visit.
Summer is the busiest-feeling stay, not because this guide has a review score proving it, but because the calendar carries more outdoor reasons to be nearby. Niagara Parks lists summer fireworks nightly at 10:00 p.m. from Friday May 15, 2026 to Monday October 12, 2026, weather dependent, with extended displays July 1 and July 4. If those dates matter, build your room request around the night you most want to be in Niagara Falls.
Fall is the easiest season to recommend to couples who want a calmer rhythm without giving up shows and restaurants. September and October bring the colour-season frame; November is quieter and lines up with Taste the Season on weekends in November, according to Wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake information in the facts. For more detail, use the page on autumn colours.
How to read room comments without being misled
Room feedback online often collapses several issues into one sentence: view, floor, tower position, noise, check-in timing and the weather outside the glass. For this resort, you should separate those points before you request a room.
The published room categories include Deluxe Rooms, Diplomat Suites, Parlour Suites, Executive Suites, Ambassador Suites and Premier Suites. Views vary by category and by the exact room assigned. Deluxe Rooms are described with a Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, or city view choice. Diplomat Suites may have panoramic falls, city, or both, along the tower exterior. Parlour Suites are listed with American Falls views and 484 square feet of living space. Executive Suites are described as having a glimpse of the Falls and a city view, in corner-end locations.
Most important: “Fallsview” in a room name or category is not a promise of a specific window view. Treat it as a category label. If the view is central to your trip, say exactly what you hope for: Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, both if available, or a higher priority on suite layout than view. The rooms and suites page explains the category names without turning them into guarantees.
My practical approach is to make one primary request and one fallback. For example, ask for the strongest falls view available for your dates, then state whether you would rather keep a king bed, two queen beds or a suite layout if the view cannot be confirmed.
What ratings cannot tell you
A single hotel score rarely tells you whether your stay will work for a concert night, a winter spa day or a summer fireworks evening. At Fallsview Casino Resort, the calendar changes the experience. A Friday show night feels different from a quiet midweek winter stay, even in the same room category.
The resort has two theatres and publishes “over 320 shows per year.” OLG Stage is listed as 5,000 seats, and Avalon Theatre is listed at 1,559 seats. If a show is the anchor for your stay, read shows at OLG Stage and Avalon Theatre before judging the hotel by a generic review score. Arrival time, dinner booking and the walk back to your room matter.
Dining is another area where a rating summary can flatten the choice. The resort publishes “Over 20” restaurants. Named options in the facts include 21 Club Steak & Seafood, Ponte Vecchio, Golden Lotus, Noodle Bar, Falls Deli, Bar Barista, OVERTIME Sports Lounge and others. The dining page also states there is no buffet. For a one- or two-night stay, decide where you want dinner before you decide how late to arrive. The guide to restaurants and bars is a better planning tool than an average score.
Parking can also shape the first hour of the trip. The resort publishes no fixed dollar rates; it says parking rates fluctuate and are determined at the time of departure. If you are driving from the Toronto area or Buffalo, read parking and valet before you compare public comments about arrival.
My plain-language take
Book this resort when you want the hotel, the falls district, restaurants, indoor facilities and a show calendar in one base. It works best when you choose dates first, then choose the room request around the season. Winter favours indoor comfort. Spring gives you a softer shoulder-season stay. Summer rewards early planning. Fall suits couples who want cooler evenings and colour nearby.
Think twice if you need a guaranteed exact view, a published fixed parking rate, or a stay that avoids all casino-adjacent spaces. Some details are published clearly, such as check-in at 4pm, check-out at 11am, pool hours and the 19+ casino entry rule. Other details are not published in the facts, including a resort fee and fixed parking prices.
For ratings, that is the honest conclusion: there is no verified public score we can reproduce here. The more useful question is what your dates are supposed to do. Are you building a concert night, a winter reset, a summer fireworks stay, or an autumn weekend with wine country on the side? Once you answer that, the room request becomes clearer than any unverified average.
